We’ll always let you know upfront. If your issue requires a more in-depth fix or ongoing support, we’ll provide options — including crediting the $149 toward a maintenance plan if you choose to upgrade.

We’ll need:

  • WordPress admin login

  • Web hosting or cPanel access (for certain issues)

You’ll receive a secure link after purchase to safely share your credentials with our team.

If we can’t resolve your issue or it falls outside what we offer, we’ll provide a full refund — no questions asked.

The one-off task covers resolving your specific issue. If new issues arise later, you can either purchase another one-off task or upgrade to a care plan for ongoing support.

We may be able to help with an automated method, but we can't do manual uploads.

Yes. You can switch plans. For example, you could use the unlimited for one billing period and then downgrade to the care plan.

You can also upgrade part way through a billing period for pro rata difference in price. If downgrading, we do not pro-rata credit.
